What You'll Be Doing:

You will handle daily chargeback cases, contact our clients to assist them in this process and provide support to the CX team.

Also, we expect you to raise our operation standards, and come up with new ideas for fraud prevention, chargeback management and process improvement, implementing new controls and business rules, alongside an excellent team of risk analysts and engineers.



What You Need To Succeed:

  • Excellent Portuguese communication
  • English communication
  • Great analytical skills
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Fast learning
  • Basic programming skills
  • Knowledge of SQL

Desirable, but not a must:

  • Knowledge of chargeback process
  • Experience with customer relationship management
  • Experience within the payments industry
