In other words, while our business operations continue in Brazil, our talent strategy is becoming global. And we are looking for a (senior) Technical Recruiter to help us scale.

The Technical Recruiter role will be a key in our global talent attraction and selection, and one of the key missions of the role will be to contribute to the development of the strategy as well as to its effective execution.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of global tech recruiting strategy
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes in several technical areas reaching out to the best tech talent across the globe
  • Actively source, interview, and select exceptional talent
  • Represent CloudWalk professionally and warmly as the first point of contact
  • Provide an amazing candidate experience every time
  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand the position, team needs, culture, and values
  • Maintain close communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle from identification, assessment through the offer
  • Collaborate with engineering recruiting teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads, and placement of senior technical talent
  • Contribute ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring strategy

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience in an agency or in-house
  • Exceptional online candidate sourcing skills on a global scale
  • Knowledge of key social media and recruiting channels
  • Experience in closing senior-level tech candidates and negotiating offer terms
  • Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time
  • Experience sourcing and hiring candidates internationally
  • Startup mindset and desire to achieve great results
  • Fluent English is a must; Fluent Portuguese is optional

We are not expecting candidates to have expertise across all of these areas. We will gladly help you bridge the gaps.
