The Sales Training Analyst position has the mission of maximizing the efficiency and productivity of sales teams through education, tools, processes and playbook. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Create, implement and improve training materials for new vendors and SDRs for their technical training;
  • Design, develop and keep up-to-date training assessments and tests associated with the area, based on the competency model.
  • Conduct presentations as a vehicle for training and education and implement workshops and courses for the area.
  • Collaborates with other areas of the company (support, sales, product, administrative) for the development and documentation of training materials.
  • Implement training for onboarding new talent and for developing current talent in sales área.
  • Implement training for sales teams according to the developed strategy and needs of each team/person.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in sales and sales training
  • Knowledge in andragogy, communication techniques, negotiation techniques and learning methodologies
  • Experience in competence development
  • Graduated in Administration, Psychology or areas related to education
  • Advanced English
